Opinions: While I love all the books of Bayern, "The Goose Girl" was always far and away my favorite. "Enna Burning" is fascinating and each time I read it, I like it more and more. Same with "River Secrets". I assumed that "Forest Born" would be the same. I would love it, but not get the same chills I got the first time I read "The Goose Girl". Boy howdy, was I wrong. This was an amazing book! It was nothing that I expected and was truly incedible. I LOVED this book. Rinna was a completely enthralling character. The story was well balanced and drew you out. It kept on having those moments where I went "Oh my gosh, that so did not just happen." And yet it totally just did. It was incredible, amazing, fantastic, fabulous...... I highly recommend it. I hope you love it as much as I did.
