Opinions: "Mira, Mirror" is the story of the Magic Mirror from Snow White a hundred years after the queen dies. Mira the Mirror is desperate to get her human form back and when Ivana, a peasant girl, stumbles upon the mirror, Mira persuades her to help out.

"Mira, Mirror" is one of the most unique books I've read in quite some time. It was nothing like I expected it to be and I kept being surprised by the turns that the book took. I found it compelling to read and I enjoyed the idea of the story. However, there was some violence towards animals that I found disturbing.

In general I liked it. It was well written and surprising. I thought the ending was a bit too unfinished, but I like my stories wrapped up in a nice bow, and this wasn't that type of book. I really did enjoy it and think you will too.
